We operate under a 30-day return policy, giving you a month after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, and you will need your order number as proof of purchase. Initiating a return requires contacting us at Contact@Softiyex.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide detailed instructions on the next steps. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly address the issue and rectify it to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Regrettably, we cannot process returns for items that have been used.
Exchanges
For a swift resolution to ensure you get the desired item, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
